important update about quarterly activity reports
To accommodate the timing of quarterly reports that are due to the CDC from KDHE related to this work, the timing of quarterly reports for Increase the Reach grantees will be adjusted going forward. This change will better allow KDHE to use info from your reports to send to the CDC.
The 2023 quarterly report due dates are as follows:

June 15th (covering work from March, April, and May)

September 15th (covering work from June, July, and August)
-
January 15th (covering work from September, October, November, and December)

ITR GRANTEE QUARTERLY REPORT
The information provided in this report is used by staff at the WSU Community Engagement Institute to review progress on the funded Increase the Reach activities.All report content is shared with the Kansas Department of Health and Environment for reporting to the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD). Your responses may also be used for Increase the Reach publicity or for planning peer-to-peer support between funded projects.
